Thank you for your interest in becoming a Emancipation Park event vendor.  To become a vendor, please complete the vendor application form below.  Please be sure to include all the details about your business along with any additional information you would like to provide. You will be contacted via phone or email and advised if your application is accepted.

The cost to be a vendor varies by event.  Unless otherwise noted,  all accepted vendors are provided with a 6 foot table, 2 chairs and covered space for the duration of the event (electrical power not provided).

Please note that food and drink vendors must secure a City of Houston Temporary Food Permit and provide Emancipation Park Conservancy with a Certificate of Insurance that meets park requirements of $1M for single occurrence and $2M aggregate, a waiver of subrogation and named additional insureds: Emancipation Park Conservancy, and the City of Houston.
