Biography

In my role as the Southwest Region Assurance Managing Partner for EY, I lead a team of high performing professionals who provide an array of audit services to market leading companies in nine states and 14 offices. I am also a member of the firm’s Southwest Region’s leadership team. I’ve held a variety of leadership roles throughout the course of my EY career, including Gulf Coast Assurance Managing Partner and National Professional Practice Partner. As a national partner in EY’s Professional Practice Group, I was responsible for providing technical consultation, assistance and guidance on complex accounting and reporting issues. I’ve been a member of the Inclusiveness Advisory Council where I provided thought leadership and guidance on the firm’s inclusiveness. I’ve also served as chair of the Partner Advisory Council, providing input and guidance to the firm’s management committee. I possess more than 34 years of experience serving a variety of clients, primarily energy, technology and telecommunications companies, with an extensive focus on SEC issues. I am also active in the community. I’m currently the vice chair of the board of directors for the Houston Downtown Management District, which is an organization driven to promote and encourage business, tourism, arts, and entertainment in downtown Houston. I am a member of the Executive Women’s Partnership of the Greater Houston Partnership and a member of the University of Houston’s accounting advisory board. I’ve also served on the board of several other charitable and civic organizations, including the Houston Area Women’s Center and the Greater Houston YMCA.
